Return Policy
We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return Email us at diego.capdet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of use or are missing original packaging cannot be returned.
